At Impetus, it’s been a busy past couple of months. Recently, we wrapped up an exciting project with a European client working in the allergy & asthma space. We have summarized the methodology and results of this Asthma Advisory Board project in our latest customer success story.
Our client engaged 10 specialists (5 allergists and 5 pulmonologists) in Scandinavia to determine the most likely causes for the declining sales of their product in the last few years, brainstorm creative ways to address these causes, and design a realistic plan to implement the solutions suggested by the advisors. By leveraging our innovative “Six Thinking Hats” tool, the client was able to effectively address all of these points within a short timeframe.
In more detail, the objectives of the engagement plan were to:
- Gain insights into the advisors’ treatment and management approaches for different patient populations with allergy-induced asthma.
- Determine the most likely causes for the declining sales of their product in the last few years, despite aggressive marketing tactics.
- Brainstorm creative ways to address the problems identified by the advisors.
- Design a realistic and actionable plan to implement the solutions suggested by the advisors.
