In this ongoing pilot project, our client is leveraging the Impetus InSite Platform® to host company-wide “digital offices” and community boards for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs; physicians and nurse practitioners) to connect one-on-one or one-to-many.
Our client’s main objectives were to:
- Consolidate all virtual MSL-HCP engagements (advisory boards, regional and national education sessions, one-on-one meetings, etc.) into a single digital space to create a one-stop-shop experience for HCPs.
- Maintain close relationships between MSLs and HCPs while traveling and in-person meetings are still limited.
- Create ongoing HCP communities where insights can be gathered and built upon at any time during the year, not just as part of annual conferences.
