Fifteen years ago, Impetus Digital began as a simple idea. Today, it stands as a thriving global medical communications agency, helping the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies collaborate, share insights, and educate stakeholders.
Building this company has been the privilege of my lifetime.
As a Co-Founder, watching a company grow is much like watching a child grow from infancy into adulthood. There is a deeply special feeling in reaching the moment where your “baby” is ready to stand on its own—when the foundation is so strong that it no longer requires its founders to hold the reins, but is instead ready to take on a life of its own.
It is with this sense of pride and immense gratitude that I share some news regarding our leadership team.
Effective immediately, I am stepping down as President and CEO. While I will remain with Impetus as Co-Founder through the end of March to ensure a seamless transition, I am delighted to announce that Marko Oczak has been appointed as our new President and CEO.
Marko is not just a successor; he is a trusted friend and a collaborator I have worked with for many years. Most recently, as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Marko has been instrumental in our exponential growth, mentoring our team and spearheading the strategic analysis that has defined our recent successes.
Marko brings a vast wealth of experience in senior strategic planning, organizational design, and health system influence. His background in navigating complex healthcare organizations gives him a unique lens through which to view your challenges.
More importantly, Marko shares my “client-first” DNA. He is a leader who will always go the extra mile to ensure your goals are met with excellence. I have no doubt that his energy and vision will inspire the Impetus team to reach even greater heights in 2026 and beyond.
