Overall the reason we went this way was to have more frequent touchpoints with our advisors vs once a year at the conference, as the market is shifting quickly and lots of competitive activity – so this allowed for timely feedback over the year.

It certainly saved a great deal of travel time (and expense), given the size and geographic spread of the group … I liked that the comments made by the group were archived and accessible for repeat views.
I actually quite liked this format and found it was easier to make my points more clearly when I didn’t have to try to put up my hand and wait (when I often forget!) Nice to be able to look at other comments after and like them etc. Still gives me my colleagues perspectives

I have found the experience quite effortless. The links work well and everything is clearly explained.
I did like to see the answers of my other colleagues. Though we often had similar thoughts, there were times when an answer sparked an idea. This mimics live advisory boards. Asking pointed questions using a scenario as a guide was interesting and enjoyable.
I am quite pleased with this virtual platform. I enjoyed the opportunity to hear from my colleagues, especially those who might not have spoken up at a face-to-face meeting.
