Online Debates
Asynchronous online debates are an effective tool for discussing controversial topics. The advisors are divided into two teams and asked to defend the position they have been assigned, regardless of their actual opinion. Subsequently, they will be presented with the positions shared by their colleagues assigned to the other side and asked to provide a rebuttal. They are encouraged to keep their responses clear and concise and to back up their statements by uploading publications or guidelines. Optionally, at the end, they can be asked to state their true concluding position.
