Yes, the Impetus InSite Platform® is white-labeled and completely customizable. From the branding and color palette to the layout, question types, videos, and other embedded resources, our team of experts can customize your private company portal to meet all of your needs.

We have done a great deal of work on user experience research and design. Our platform is highly user-friendly and easy to navigate. Due to the intuitive nature of our platform and touchpoints, no training is typically needed for clients or participants. On request, we can provide informational materials or a live/recorded overview of the portal to participants.

Your Longitudinal Expert Engagement Plan™ (LEEP™) comprises multiple online touchpoints over a period of weeks or months. An online touchpoint refers to a single virtual activity, either synchronous (real-time) or asynchronous (over-time). A LEEP™ can consist of only synchronous, asynchronous, or a hybrid of both.

On the front end, a participant may be involved in a touchpoint for one to several hours, though in the back-end, there is an extensive amount of work involved in planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on a touchpoint. Impetus takes on all of this behind the scenes to ensure blissful experiences for both our clients and their participants.

An AVT refers to an activity that participants can complete on their own time over a set period of time within your own custom-branded, secure, and Pharma-compliant portal via the Impetus InSite Platform®. Participants are able to complete the activity from wherever is most convenient to them, from any device, and over multiple sessions. Participants are prompted to return to the platform in order to engage in activities and interact with their peers. You will be assigned a dedicated Account Director, Digital Solutions Specialist, and Medical Writer who will collectively take on the planning and execution of your AVT to ensure that you achieve high levels of engagement using our best-in-class asynchronous tools, specifically designed for life science companies. This entire process is tailored to you and your goals.

Although a participant may only interact in an AVT for 1–2 hours in total, there is an extensive amount of back-end work to prepare, launch, and monitor an AVT to fully execute the touchpoint, all of which Impetus takes on. Here’s what’s typically involved:

You will work with a dedicated Account Director (AD) who will drive the project and proactively provide strategic input, design, and facilitation.

All client projects are designed and facilitated with close attention to detail and our premium White-Glove Services™. The process starts with a kickoff meeting with your AD to discuss your objectives and timelines. Based on these discussions, your AD will then design the format and content of each touchpoint, as well as provide strategic advice, create the copy deck for a compelling and relevant question set, suggest which pre-reading materials to include (e.g., articles, slide decks, videos), and recommend the most suitable asynchronous tools to use from our extensive collection in order to maximize the quantity and quality of insights and to optimize participant engagement and satisfaction.

Your dedicated Impetus Digital Solutions Specialist (DSS) will take care of every detail, including:

  • Invitations and contracting
  • Customized email and text reminders
  • Project management, i.e., monitoring participant engagement and activity and sending custom reminders to ensure that all participants complete the touchpoint by the closing date. We also send regular updates to you as the client lead. Between updates, an on-demand participant Activity Tracker is available in your dashboard in the portal.

Throughout the project, your DSS is available for day-to-day project management and client/advisor support requests (which are very rare given the intuitiveness and user-friendliness of the portal!).

We have over 13 years of experience in developing engaging virtual programs and can help you determine the most effective tools, question types, question-wording, and resources in order to optimize the engagement rate, quantity & quality of insights, and time to project completion.

Once each touchpoint has concluded, you will be provided with all touchpoint metrics, a transcript report of all responses (including graphs and tables), and a detailed Analysis & Recommendations (A&R) report written by a medical writer. The A&R report analyzes patterns, trends, recurring ideas, and key insights. It also contains key engagement metrics and information about the project objectives and participants. For synchronous (web/hybrid) meetings, we provide a webinar recording, automatic transcript, and A&R report.

In the debrief meeting with your Account Director (AD), the AD will outline strategic recommendations for moving forward by leveraging the key insights gleaned.

Additional reporting (e.g., executive summaries, patient journey maps, white papers) can be added on request. Further, we offer metadata integration to our clients’ CRM systems via an API if needed.

At Impetus, there are no upfront fees, contracts, or commitments. We believe in paying for what you need and not for what you don’t. We also believe in giving our clients plenty of options in order to fully customize their experience, as well as that of their customers. Online touchpoints offer average cost-savings of 75% compared to in-person meetings. In other words, for the price of one in-person meeting, you can engage your participants 3-4 times virtually!

Once you have decided that you would like to receive a proposal from our team, your Business Development Director will work with you on brainstorming sessions to understand your specific needs and objectives. They will then put together a proposal for a recommended Longitudinal Expert Engagement Plan™ that will meet your objectives and establish authentic and long-lasting relationships with your customers. The proposal will outline all of the synchronous and asynchronous touchpoints, service inclusions, pricing, any add-ons required, and other important information.

Once you are comfortable with your proposal and have decided to move forward, we will prepare a Purchase Order for your review. Upon receipt of the signed Purchase Order, your Business Development Director will help transition you to your dedicated Account Director, Digital Solutions Specialist, and Medical Writer.

Your Account Director will help guide you through the planning process. At the same time, we will help you navigate all other internal and external processes (e.g., MSA, IT Security Risk Assessments, Business Integrity Assessments), as needed.
